The relationship of Fox & Coyote in the wild is one of respect and balance. Smaller Foxes will avoid Coyote territory. Coyote will not eat Fox, however, they do kill them to prevent resource scarcity and competition for food.
Fox Medicine is that of camouflage. To be able to blend into one’s surrounding unnoticed. Use Fox Medicine to observe your surroundings quietly and unobtrusively.
Coyote brings balance by being the Trickster. We are utilizing Coyote Medicine when learning through folly and misadventures.

Coyote to Fox: "Don't eat my prey.
I'll leave you alone to run and play."

Fox to Coyote: "Agreed your way.
Grateful not to be your prey."

So Coyote and Fox respectfully reside,
Peacefully living side by side.
